1. Artwork Approval
Once artwork is submitted and approved by the client, any changes will not be permitted after the manufacturing process has commenced. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that all details are correct prior to approval, as we cannot modify products once they are in production.

 2. Manufacturing Lead Times
Our lead times for manufacturing products range from 2 days to 30 days. This variance depends on the total quantity of the order and the complexity of the items being produced. We will provide an estimated lead time upon order confirmation.

 3. Returns
Please note that all returns must be initiated at the client's expense. As per South African law, consumers have the right to return goods under specific circumstances, such as when products are defective or not as described. However, once products have been manufactured based on approved artwork, returns are limited, and clients will bear the cost of any such returns.

4. Ownership of Artwork
All artwork submitted to Lauren Blue Clothing Manufacturers remains the property of the company until full payment has been received. This means that clients do not hold any rights to the artwork until their invoice is settled in full. We retain the right to use the artwork for our own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Compliance with South African Law
This refund policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their rights under this act. We are committed to providing transparency and fairness in our business practices.
